"FLOWERS FROM THE FRONT LINES"

As an active member of our local, State and National USO, I want to share the following email sent to me.  Please consider helping with this wonderful campaign:

Valentine's Day Program

There's nothing quite like the gift of fragrant flowers on Valentine's Day to show you care. Now, you can help Illinois deployed military send that care to their loved ones while overseas.

 
Please consider making a donation in support of the USO of Illinois "Flowers from the Frontlines Valentine's Day Program" and help us help Illinois deployed military brighten the day of their Illinois "Home Front Loved Ones" !

 
Illinois deployed military personnel who have submitted the name of their "Home Front Loved One" will receive a specially designed USO of Illinois Bouquet with a personalized message from the "Frontlines". 

Bouquets are delivered door to door by
Valentines Day, February 14
th, 2008.

Join the USO of Illinois for  Petterino's Monday Night Live for a romantic evening of "Love Songs and Serenades" to benefit the USO of Illinois' Flowers From the Frontlines Valentine's Day Program. 

 
Petterino's is located at 151 N. Dearborn, Chicago.  Reservations are not required but suggested and can be made by calling 312-422-0150.

The mission of the USO of Illinois, in times of peace and conflict, is to enhance the quality of life of the active duty men and women of the Armed Forces and their families through social, recreational, entertainment and educational programs and services.
